Terms of Use

What we promise, what we refuse to promise, and what you take on by using it.

Version 1.0 · 17 July 2026 · Early access

Read this one bit if nothing else. SightSealer makes capturing your content difficult, low-value and traceable. It does not make it impossible. Nothing can stop a person photographing a screen with another phone. If your decision to use this depends on capture being impossible, do not use it, because no product on earth delivers that.

1. What this is

SightSealer sends protected viewing links. It is in early access, operated by an individual in the UAE, and it is not a registered company. Features may change or break. Judge it accordingly.

2. What we actually promise

Only this, and we will stand behind it:

3. What we explicitly do not promise

Stated so you cannot later say you were misled:

4. Your responsibilities

You agree that:

We may suspend or remove an account or a send that breaches this, without notice where the breach is serious.

5. Payment

We are not currently taking payment. The Free plan is live and enforced at five protected sends per calendar month. Pro and Team are advertised but not yet purchasable; choosing them registers interest and charges nothing. When billing goes live we will say so clearly before anyone is charged.

6. Liability

SightSealer is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or lost data, including content lost because a link was lost. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months (currently zero) or USD 100.

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Ending it

Stop using it whenever you like; email us to delete your account. We may discontinue the service, and if we do we will give reasonable notice where we can.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in another country, you may have rights under your local law that this does not remove.
